All backing tracks remain the property of TubeMedia at all times and are offered for license only. This is a professional licensing agreement and not a retail agreement. No goods form any part of this agreement.

An audio recording of each licensed backing track will be made available to download only. TubeMedia accepts no responsibility for losses following download.

A license to use backing tracks as an accompaniment to live performance is not granted by TubeMedia. Use by third parties, lending, hiring or re-selling is strictly forbidden and a license will be deemed invalid in the event of breach of any/all of the terms and conditions stated herein, rendering any further use by licensee of the backing tracks illegal. No other rights are granted by the license.

Once purchased, the license cannot be canceled by licensee. Due to the nature of this license, we are unable to accept any backing tracks returned for credit or exchange unless supplied in error by Tubemedia. We are unable to rectify any discrepancies to orders unless reported to us within five working days of receipt.

This agreement is made in Ireland and in the event of any dispute arising regarding this agreement, same will be settled under the law(s) of Ireland within the jurisdiction of the courts within Ireland.

TubeMedia are totally committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. As customers of other websites the TubeMedia staff fully appreciate and respect the importance of privacy on the Internet. Notes:

TubeMedia do not sell multitrack for any other use other than within our Media players. TubeMedia do not re-master multitrack to suit customers’ requirements other than our Media Players. Tubemedia do not sell multitrack elements individually. TubeMedia do offer a Mix-Master track as part our MIX product type, and this is the grouping of all the multitrack parts with the exception of the Guide Lead Vocal and Click elements. This master track is required for our media player to capture metadata such as master time and visualization triggers. This Mix-Master track is only intended to be used and operated within our TubeMedia Players and is not available as a single item backing track for any other use. While the TubeMedia site will allow a download of this Mix-Master track in a single OGG format the download will not include any other multitrack elements or meta data that is associated with the full mix operation of our players. Our origin high-level Multitrack have already been remixed, shaped and edits made to suit our singular purposeful TubeMedia output, and are intended to be used in isolation within our players.

TubeMedia Rhythm tracks are single OGG file downloads, and can be used within other media players of your choice. These single tracks on user download will not contain all the additional metadata and extra information included to solely operate within our TubeMedia players. These Rhythm backing tracks have already been remastered by TubeMedia to suit a more rhythmic play along experience and does not contain any other mix elements that can be interacted with regardless of the media player type.
